The paid admission fee is non-refundable, and the ticket is non-exchangeable. The only safe, verified, and official way to sell/buy tickets second-hand is through our official partner – TicketSwap.
Free winning tickets competitions are also unsellable and non-transferable, tied to the name of the winner of the competition and in the event of such a discovery, the ticket will be canceled immediately and will no longer be valid.
Alcohol and other intoxicants are prohibited for persons under the age of 18 at the festival.
Individuals under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian to attend the festival. From 15 to 18 years of age, an adult must accompany them, or a written permission slip signed by a legal guardian is required.
No refunds will be given for lost tickets.
Please keep your ticket in a safe place.
Forgery of tickets is a criminal offence.
Additional modifications will render the ticket invalid.
The organizer is not responsible for the authenticity or validity of tickets purchased outside the official presale.
The organiser is not responsible for any difficulties caused by unauthorised use or copying of the ticket.
If the owner of the ticket allows the ticket to be copied, only the first person to arrive with an identical ticket will be admitted.
Ticket holders are obliged to follow the rules set by the event organiser.
Changes to the programme and performers are subject to change.
By purchasing a ticket and entering the concert venue/area or events otherwise organised by us, visitors consent to the taking of photographs and video recordings of their person. These photographs and video recordings may be used by the organiser of RfP/RfP Concerts for any advertising, promotional, or other purposes, free of charge.
In case of cancellation of the event, please get in touch with the ticketing agency where you’ve bought your tickets.
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to marketing outreach.
Once you have exchanged your ticket for the wristband, you are required to wear the wristband at all times.
Noisy festival environments are stressful for dogs and other pets. For their health and the safety of visitors, pets will not be allowed on the grounds or in the campground. It is preferable to leave them in the comfort of your home.
Every time you enter the festival area, visitors will be subjected to a security check to ensure that you are not bringing an unauthorized item into the area.
Entry to the festival area is possible with the valid wristband only. Do not remove the wristband during the festival.
It is strictly forbidden to make a fire at the festival grounds and campsites.
It is not possible to bring luggage into the festival area. We’ll take care of your luggage in the storage room.
The Security personnel has the right to expel unauthorized retailers, persons disturbing the peaceful course of the festival and visitors without a valid wristband.
It is FORBIDDEN to bring the following items to the festival area of BLUDFEST:
drugs, toxic and narcotic substances
recording equipment, data, video, and audio (except mobile phone)
explosives
bottles, glass
umbrellas, including folding umbrellas
folding chairs
party tents
weapons – firearms, cutting weapons, knives, scissors
food, beverage – except for medical reasons
tripod cameras, professional photo/telephoto/video devices
oversized baggage (max. size A4)
bicycles, scooters, longboard/skateboard and other vehicles
alcohol
telescopic bars, including selfie bars
laser beam objects
animals
drones
It is forbidden to display or distribute any promotional materials on the premises that have not been approved by the organizer in advance and are not official partners of the event. Also, it is not allowed to post materials with vulgar and other inscriptions that are contrary to good manners.
No entry with luggage is allowed. Please leave your luggage in the storage room, where it will be supervised throughout the festival.
It is NOT allowed to bring umbrellas, only raincoats.
It is NOT possible to bring your food or drink to the festival area. This Regulation doesn‘t apply to campsites.
It is NOT allowed to light a fire in the festival area and campsites.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU TO THE BLUDFEST:
You will spend a whole day at the festival, so you should pay extra attention to what you pack.
We recommend that you include the following items in your backpack:

Identity card
Valid ticket
Money
Hygiene supplies
Medicines used
Headgear
Sunscreen
Swimwear
Sunglasses
Raincoat
Toilet paper
Tent and sleeping bag – if you decide to sleep in a tent town
We recommend leaving valuable items such as jewelry, expensive mobile phones, photo cameras, cameras and computers at home.
